enrollmentFUEL is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its training program for higher education admission counselors. The course ran from July 5, 2021, through September 30, 2021.
Over 600 learners from 62 different educational institutions participated in the training. The training program, developed by the experts at enrollmentFUEL, gave admissions and enrollment professionals the chance to learn fresh ideas and strategies across multiple areas to help ensure success for each phase in a recruiting cycle.
The team was led by company president, Dr. Jacquelyn D. Elliott. Along with her expertise in all aspects of Strategic Enrollment Management, Dr. Elliott is a trainer and educator who has received numerous awards for her achievements, including ACCRAO’s 2019 Award of Excellence in International Education. She said, “Recruiting is an ever-evolving skill, and it’s important to develop modern tactics that appeal to this generation. While every school onboards staff, the goal of this particular training was to provide recruiting professionals with a deeper connection and a broader holistic understanding of the profession for longer-term employment in the field. We achieved that mission, and the feedback we received from participants highlighted exciting content features to include for future participants.”
